Ka Mauli Ola

In June/July 2018, Halau Nā Hanona Kūlike ʻO Pi`ilani travelled to the ilsand of Rapa Nui as part of a cultural exchange. They exchanged Hawaiian and Rapa traditional dances while they learned more about the the Rapa history and culture. They even met with teachers and administrators of the Rapa immersion schools exchanging ideas and methodologies of teaching in their native Rapa language rather than Latin Spanish.
